How can I put the same aircraft type 2 different seat configurations?

You need to create 2 separate seat configurations for that aircraft type. For example a B737-200, you could create a seat configuration with 8C/110Y and name it B737-200,and a second configuration with 10C/100Y and name it B737-202.
