I have this issue in which the game isn't letting me lay off any extra workers that I have in both my airlines that I have in S2. This is a major annoyance because I'm paying for workers that I don't need if anyone knows whats going on and how to fix it that would be greatly appreciated.

Nevermind, the issue was that the employees had reserves. However the game didn't tell me that which it used to do in the past. They should put that back in so new players know that.
