What if we limited the amount of different types of aircraft an airline could have. Say you can only have x amount of manufacturers or x amount of different plane types per manufacturer. One that I would be really interested in is a limit on amount of widebody types, prop planes, small jets etc. Would make picking the right planes actually important rather than the current "buy everything worth a crap in every queue". Having to choose exactly what boeing and what airbus plane to use would be interesting to me. Thoughts? Am I completely crazy?

To me, revisiting a topic after nearly 1 year isn't a bad thing...and the guy didn't suggest what I suggested. But forgive me for not searching back a year...It is a topic that I think should be discussed because you can have so many aircraft...it's insane and too difficult to keep up with...
