Union State Express is looking for a branding specialist to make a livery. The airline is intended to be a regional low-frills airline. For instance, free checked bags up to 20kg for economy and 32 kg for business. Snack boxes for $7 in economy and free in business. The livery should have no relation to any national flag whatsoever. Other than that, I give total artistic freedom, and would like to see ideas come in. Thanks in advance.

Sorry, the airline went bust. Could you pls create a livery on a Bombardier q200 for me. Navy blue would be good, since that is the cabin theme, but i'll give complete artistic freedom, other than the use of navy blue and an Eagle in the Tail.
