I find MEM to be quiet, a good staring airport, I think only Vanguard and I use it as a base though. Plenty of gates, but low demand.

YVR. It's my favourite city & my favourite airport.
I also like to make airlines based in NCE & CUN among others. Maybe I have a thing for starting airlines from countries' 2nd busiest markets?
