I have just got my Vc-10's delivered and have put them on a 4000mile route with the prices just a little up from the suggested, both classes are full 8c 138y with both having a profitable ifs. but it still losses money. I think this is down to the bizarre 53k fuel flow that it apparently had. I know the conways werent that good but they were better than the pratt and whitneys at the time due to its more modern turbofan technology.
anyone else have this issue?
