IFS, legroom and on-time reputation. While the first two are pretty obvious, on-time rep are based from how heavy is your aircraft's workload, or simply how many flights does it operate. The lesser the better.

How do you do good on on-time performance (Except getting more powerful engines or reducing the aircraft weight, which I did already)?

Frequency is really the only thing that matters.

I found out that 28 flights a week is a pretty good frequency. Or scale up to 10 daily flights, but than it's difficult to create a high loading factor (which my concern is, in order to make good money).

Ensure aircraft usage is below 15 hours plus this and its a nice boost
