1.1    We reqiure our members to representative of the alliance at all times and at all places. 

 

1.2   All members must act in accordance with general ae rules.

 

1.3   We expect our members to be active both in our dedicated sub-forum aswell as in other forums on-site.

 

 

2.1    Our members must run the airlines that are a part of Volant in a realistic matter.

 

2.2    A realistic airline is generally considered one that:

 

 - Has utilization rates of up to 13 hours

- Utilizes a realistic fleet (compared to a similar real-life counterpart)

- Has a realistic route map (compared to a similar real-life counterpart)

- Offers reasonably good IFE and IFS

- Has realistic or semi-realistic seat configs

 

2.3    Members are expect to present their plans in the planning phase (before a world begins) 

 

 

2.4    If, from some reason, there are two competing members, they have to agree to a plan that will make a compromise, so that they will no longer compete against each other.

3.1    Every junior member has the right for a mentorship. We reserve the right to base our decision on the acceptance of such proposal , should we feel that such arrangement is necessary.

 

3.2    The minimal period of a mentorship is 20 days and there is no upper limit.

 

3.3    Only senior members and administrators can be appointed mentors.

 

3.4    Should there be no mentor available, the application will be put on hold until a suitable person is found. This means that even though the person might be accepted, he will become a member once a mentor is appointed.
