I would like someone to manage the followings:

Create new routes using aircraft types that I already have (Narrow body aircraft must have 2 flights a week, wide body aircraft 1 flight per week)

Manage competition if the load factor is less than 100 percent (Only changing prices, no deleting flights)

Replacing aircraft that is older than 12 years (Using the same aircraft type whenever possible)

Expand North and South American business (Using the 777-200 ER or 777-300ER when it can be pre ordered)

Managing my alliance (Qatar Airways only, invite new members but do not fire members)

All aircraft have to follow the configurations that I already have. (Aircrafts can only be ordered in 5, 10, 15, and 20.)

Only do what I said, unless if I added more later. (Especially do not declare bankruptcy)

My airlines are Qatar Airways and China Airlines in S1. I would like then to win by reputation(And valuation, if possible.) And make sure you can be on the airline at least 4 days a week. I will be checking the process. Thank you.

Why should anyone work for you so you can get trophies?

No deleting flights would make me say no the moment I read it. Removal of flights is vital to manage competition, unless you play the waiting game and wait for the other person to remove theirs. Don't!

Qatar Airlines is now not for grab. I also have China Airlines (S1) and Iraqi Airways (R5) for grab.

By deleting routes do you mean a little or a lot? I can give it to you if it is not a lot and you can do what I said. There is almost no competition in Iraq. Now I am hoping you can expand from both BGW and NJF. Please give me your forum ID. Thank you.
