I have CP Air in S1

It's by far the most profitable airline in S1.

40% net profit, the best aircraft & set up perfectly.......and most are owned, not leased.

Lot's of money.......no other airline is even close.

Learn how to set up an airline to be very successful.

I don't have time anymore so CP Air will go to someone who wants to make it even bigger.

Why is your CP Air based in the United States?

Since it's obviously not Canadian Pacific Air, I can only assume that it stands for Child Pornography Air.

Why is your CP Air based in the United States?

I've seen bigger fails than that, in every 300-player world there has to be at least 2-3 airlines like Iran Air, Icelandair, Emirates, Singapore, Ethiopian in the US, sometimes EU or China, sometimes even American, United or Delta in other countries...

I suppose if you asked those players they couldn't themselves say what their motivation was.

Just one of those inexplicable oddities that make AE what it is... :coffee:

I'm simply asking, as others did, what's the purpose of calling a US-based company Canadian Pacific (or for that matter, Iran Air or whatever)?

CP Air (  Canadian Pacific ) was an innovative airline flying Canadian and North American routes that had it's beginning as northern bush pilots starting in the early 40's.

They pioneered direct flights from the Pacific Northwest to the orient and were flying 747's by the early 70's.

They then became Pacific Western Airlines and then in 1987 Canadian Airlines.

Canadian flew to over 150 destinations worldwide and had about 150 aircraft from 737's to 747-400's

To compare them to Iran Air shows your knowledge of civil aviation in North America.

I did not want to be lumped in with any of the major U.S. carriers........for instance there are 2 Delta's in this world already.

I didn't want anyone else using or mistaking my airline's name for someone else's.
