You don't. Yuxi hires them for you because he's a nice person. If you want more reserve staff though, just increase the % reserves, beside their wages.

Oh, so If you increase the reserve % value, you get more extra workers?
If so, then is it a % of your active workers that is used to calculate the number of reserve workers, or is it measured some other way?

If you choose 20% reserves, then you'll have 20% more staff than bare minimum at all times, if you huy more planes it'll stay at the same %.Oh, so If you increase the reserve % value, you get more extra workers?

Evin air has got the jist, but here's how it works:
1.You take delivery of a plane.
2. You assign it to routes
3. Day updates, and required additional staff will be hired.
