For you guys that are interested, my airlines (Croatia Airways) is up for co-ownership (shared control). Main Hub of Croatia Airways: Zagreb. Aircrafts in operation are only A320 and 340-200 for longer distances.

- Young aircraft age
- There are some idle aircrafts and some are on order
- It has a logo and a livery which makes it nicer.
- IFE/IFS have been set

 

I like a high utilisation even though they are full service carriers (the only feature of low cost that the airlines have).

 

You can change everything you want except the following: The airline has to make a profit, it has to remain a Full service carrier (I hate low-cost) and it has to remain in the same alliance. Other than that you can do what you want.

Hi, I'll be happy to help, ID is 15343 Just a quick info bout me I run airlines very successfully and even though I specialise in low cost airlines, I run full carriers too. Here is what I plan: . Maintaining a new fleet and ordering new aircraft to replace old. . Expand into the long haul sector and invests on the best aircraft to accommodate. . Expand on European and regional routes. . And make more money!!

Hi. I would like to help you. I am better low cost carriers (LCC) but am also good at normal carriers and all other types. Most of my airlines have a reputation of 70% and higher.
