"Other Fees"

They seem pretty large - and trying to understand how they are calculated as to how smaller/more often get hit differently than say large/less often. Ie are they fixed by airport/landing-takeoff event or pax numbers or what?
They seem quite significant hence the interest? I assume not gate related as that charge is already paid direct?
Cheers

Probably stuff like de-icing, which is a fixed charge regardless of aircraft size (£50 at Biggin Hill, my local airport), Parking charges, cost of cleaning materials and loads others that I can't recall.

If you have parked planes, I think this hits you...

It's your worse enemy on making profit.

Especially with tiny 20 seater aircraft like the DHC-6. I'm having a hard time using it in the regional Ukraine market! It's your worse enemy on making profit.

I'm talking about overall income every month in financial tab.

Is it fixed by slot @ airport, or variable on type/pax numbers? Or some combo?
It does seem a killer for using small types.
Another Q, how much does speed contribute to pax choice in competition? Eg one airline with a RJ, other with a Turboprop and all other things being equal?
Cheers

Speed, unfortunately, does not matter to sim pax. They don't care.

As Sound Guy said, our passengers unfortunately don't care about how fast our planes can get them to where they want to go. If this were the case, you'd see airlines flying Concordes and Tu-144s all the livelong day.
