+1.

And Spirit way way way way way off the bottom.

I like spirit. I love their advertising campaigns! They are amazing for what they do, to be honest. However for me, it would be

1. Jetblue

2. Southwest

3. Spirit

4. Delta

5. American

6. United

I would vote Delta best purely based on the fact that it is the only American carrier I have ever flown with or have experience with.

Charge for any bag over personal size. Even Ryanair (which is a nicke-dime take-it-leave-it airline) doesn't do that. Comon, that's completely out. I believe Allegiant has been missed, and would probably be somewhere above Spirit and UA.

Obviously JetBlue would be the winner. AA, Delta, and United have bad hard and soft product.

They are not exactly a service carrier! "Comon", the words BARE FARE do mean something.

Are you kidding me? Spirit is one of the worst, if not the worst, airline in the world. Everything about them is horrifying. They only have two stars on Skytrax for a reason.

Also, it horrifies me to see how many people leave out Alaska Airlines. In my opinion they're one of the best secondary carriers in North America. It's been praised for it's high customer satisfaction and the fact that they've been the first airline to use technologies such as EGPWS. It's won awards for its contributions to technology at the airport and in planes etc.. And then people include airlines such as Spirit and Frontier, but not Alaska.

They use B737, that's why people stop flying them.

Then by that logic Southwest should be bankrupt.

Allegient is not above anyone.  They are the only one star rated airline in America. Below Spirit.   The CEO ran ValueJet. into a swamp .  They are on the FAAs hotlist right now for maintenance issues .    And The list is bogus.  We got a mixed pot of stew here.   Jet Blue don't belong in there ,  They are not. top 5.     Nobody west of the Mssissippi knows Jet Blue. Just as nobody in New York  ever heard of Southwest.
