TBH, A350 is way too big for A300 market, it also have too much range and thrust for most medium-haul market. And no, it wouldn't fit any role other than for B777-200ER and B777-300ER replacements.
You always have to wonder though, if A300 and B767-300ER are updated and built by using composite materials and efficient next generations engines. Would many airlines order them, you know, to replace hundreds of B767-300ER they currently operate in many of their routes. Since B787-8 and A330-200 is too big to fill for some routes. I thought Hawaiian Airlines, Condor, and Air Canada Rogue would be interested in it. Maybe Ryanair would loved it. Who knows.
