the more you use an aircraft, the worse is the on time performance. Try to keep the daily util. below 15 hours. Better employe morale can also improve it

I suggest maximum util of 17 hours daily. Keep the default pay levels.

Make sure your staff are happy and keep until to about 15 average. A happy employee means a happy customer, but don't go crazy.

I suggest default pay levels. Don't use all 20 hours, but for an LCC, keep util between 15-17 hours. For wiidebodies, you can use all 20 if required.
