What are the best and worst airports that you've travelled to/through?

 

International:

Best - Zurich ZRH, Dubai DXB, or Singapore SIN

Worst - Abu Dhabi AUH

 

Regional:

Best - Westchester HPN or Pune PNQ

Worst - Raipur RPR

I only fly International so can't comment on regional or domestic airports.

 

Best- Dubai ( best by far, everything just working so smoothly and transition effortless ,Brisbane,Hong Kong,Singapore Changi

 

Worst- Kuala Lumpur, Sydney, Johannesburg ( takes top prize,oh god never again)

I end up flying in the US.
Best-JFK. It seemed really efficient. OGG(maui) also good, along with SAN.
Worst-Charlotte, NC. It seems like whenever there's a storm, it hits charlotte when I am there. I think its cursed.

I've not flown much but
Best: Munich West Memmingen (FMM). While it may not have any sort of public transport the terminal is so easy to get through.
Worst: Barcelona El Prat (BCN) the problem is that it's too big. Terminal 2 is built around peak times in summer although this was quite empty. Food overpriced, shops closed. At least we used jetways

Best: Adelaide - Because its got glass windows and many planes

Worst: Singapore T1 - because its the same as T2 and T3.

Best International: Stockolm Arlanda, simply a simple and efficient airport with lots of shops.

 

Worst international: i dunno

 

Best Regional: Lulea Airport, a cute tiny airport with 737's and Jas Gripen's

 

Worst regional: Pisa Galileo Galilei, just a meh experience tbh

Best International: London Heathrow Queens Terminal

Worst Intenational: Manchester Airport

 

Best Regional: Doncaster Sheffield Robin Hood Airport

Worst Regional: Leeds/Bradford Airport

For me,
Best:London Gatwick for extremely relaxed passing through airport. No lines. and Dubai for facilities.
Worst:Heathrow all terminals, Zurich, extremely dated

Your one very lucky person, I've travelled through Gatwick since 2001, it has always been packed both on and off peak season.

Best International: Warsaw Chopin (the new terminal)

 

Worst International: Paris Charles de Gaul (overall layout is confusing for me and the lines are horrendous) 

 

Regional: I don't really fly regional

Worst: Sydney Intl cause you pay $5 if you're dropped of at the wrong terminal

Best: Tbh, I haven't been to a lot of good airports. But I would have to say that my best experience was in Zürich. Jackson Hole [Wyoming, USA], and Westchester County Airport [outside of New York City] are some nice, cozy airports that I've flown through.

 

Worst: Now, that's pretty easy. LaGuardia is pretty s***ty, since its always full, although its getting nicer. London Heathrow T3 at rush hour is a nightmare as well.
