Where are the used aircraft (and for that matter the O1 forum)

Last time I played there always was used aircraft for sale.

Game forums are gone, they were empty except for take over requests (see that forum) and used aircraft are snapped up?

Used aircraft don't stay on the market for long at the beginning of a world, so you'd have to be lucky to find one.

 

The game-specific forums are being phased out because they were used only for shared control matchmaking (now replaced by a new, more visible forum) and asking non-world-specific questions that really should be in General AE Discussion or New Players and Questions.
