Hey all,

I've been looking to buy one of the off peak return tickets but I have a question which I can't seem to find the answer too so I'm hoping an AE member may know. When I go to buy the ticket it gives me times that I have had to select to purchase the ticket, does it mean I have to use the train at the selected times or is it just for reference?

Many thanks

You are restricted to the train shown on your ticket, unless that service gets cancelled. On main intercity services your seat is reserved.
