I don't know if this correct room or not. I have some question, all this time I always login via facebok account. But in my office I can't login because facebook is block there. There's any method I change login method without create new user ID? Because my current ID has have severe award

Hi yuxi I mean I was registered with Facebook account before, Now there's any chance I'm logon using Username and Password?

Your login username is your first name followed by your last name, separated by a space. You should then be able to use the password reset feature to set a new password. Let me know if that works

Thanks Yuxi it's work. I think the username is my AE name haha
