I'd like to open up Round 2 of Oggey's AE Risk! - Europe, with the same rules as previously.

To start off, there are eight open slots, which will obviously be filled quickly. For the first round, state the location, color, and name of the new nation. PLEASE do not include ridiculous names...all sides start with five provinces.

-The number of provinces you can expand into is determined by the number generator

-The map is updated daily

-You can only expand to new provinces if they have a direct land or sea border

-Once each new map is revealed, reply with the general area you want to expand into, declarations of war, or new alliances

We can't see the map, but assuming it's the same map as the first round, I will be Teal, named "New Alaska" and be founded in southern Iberia.
