It's going to be out later this year I believe.
If not this year, I've certainly heard of plans for 5 to be released on PC at some point.

I remember seeing something back when the game was originally released that Rockstar said with all the delays and development of the console version, they were going to focus solely on support for the console version and make sure that any and all bugs are worked out before they'd begin to focus on a PC version. Personally, I'd also like to see a Mac version as it's cumbersome to have to purchase Windows OS, install it on a Mac partition, and switch OS's any time i want to play GTA IV.

They wouldn't make a version for OSX instead of focusing one the most widely used Operating Systems, Windows.
Also, GTA V will require a high end computer for playing it, lets be honest, and I don't think a mac (and about 50% of windows systems) will cater to those graphics needs. Or you could just get a console.

The Xbox One and PS4 versions of GTA V will be released on November 18, while the PC version is coming on January 27, 2015.

Windows fanboy huh? You'd be surprised what Macs are capable of if you'd take off the 'PC is dah best' blinders. It's also debatable that GTA V will require a high-end computer. Rockstar has to assume that not everyone has $3000 to spend on a massively upgraded system simply for their game. A bit arrogant and wildly stupid to be honest.
