Zigma is proud to announce that Rainier Transport Services is going Z!
RTS, a regional commuter airline serving the Pacific Northwest, has placed an order for 3 Glide 410 aircraft, 3 Glide 410C aircraft, 2 Family 1100 aircraft, and 2 Family 1100ER aircraft. All aircraft will be configured with wifi and power services.
RTS expects to retire its entire current fleet by the end of 2018, which currently consists of HS-748 and Bombardier CRJ-100 series aircraft. "They have served us well," stated Mark Hallen, "but they are approaching 25 years of dedicated service, and we want to improve the product we offer our passengers. Zigma provided the best options for our fleet modernization, and we're excited to be going Z."
RTS has also signed onto Regional Sense, a maintenance program offered by Aeroways Aviation for smaller regional operators, which allows Zigma aircraft to be expertly monitored and serviced by professional licensed technicians. RTS will be served by the PNW base located at Portland International Airport.
