Basically, until 1991, only US, British, or French airlines were allowed to fly to Tegel and Templehof airports, due to restrictions dating to post-WWII era. Pan Am even had a hub at Tegel with short-haul aircraft. Those restrictions were lifted in 1991. How feasible would it be to implement restrictions here?

I love this idea. I already only fly to these airports during the Cold War, and I don't even bother with most Soviet capitals every game, unless simulating a real airline.
