Largest Plane Ive been In: TWA: 747 (TWA Flight 810, BOS-CDG, June 1997)
Smallest Plane Ive Been In: American Eagle or Trans World Express Commuter Plane Thing (Many Times)
I do believe I flew a SAAB plane on Trans World Express.... not sure.
But overall I have flown on 717s, 737s, 747s, 757s, 767s, 777s, A320 Varients, A346, MD-80s, Embraer, SAAB and possibly even a 727 if TWA might have had them in the late 90s or early 00s.
And whatever planes Delta had gong from MIA-ATL, ATL-BOS in 2002 ... I flew

Largest: Boeing 777-200LR - Delta from Pittsburgh to Paris - CDG
Smallest: Plenty of competition here, but my Fokker 50 - AirBaltic from Riga to Helsinki stands out in my memory, but the stats don't back that up. I've flown a bunch of Bombardier CRJ200s, so probably that.
I've yet to be on a truly huge plane, which tends to happen when most of the flights I've been on have been out of Missoula, Pittsburgh, or Copenhagen. Small regional jets and connections are the name of the game.
