Yes, I own #3 airline in this world and still complain - hate me if you want :)

I own the largest airline in this world in terms of Fleet, Hubs, Daily Passengers, Daily Flights, and Daily Distance Flown. My airline is by far the largest. However, somehow, my airline fails to get even number two spot. Furthermore, #1(Ottoman), #2(Easiana China) seems to be getting away from me, with far smaller fleet and number of flights. I was also under fire from current #4, Easiana America which shares the same country as mine. It is not that my airline is just big, inefficient airline - average load factor F/C/Y of 94/94/97 and my airline is making more than 30% margin each year. I also achieve on average 18.5~19 hours of aircraft utilization which is higher than that of #1 airline, Ottoman Airlines. That makes me wonder if there is some hidden tips or something I don't seem to catch that makes an airline even more profitable - probably into 40~50% margin each year.

Thank you for your tips in advance!

:)

Optimal length flights - does it mean flying routes that are well below an aircraft's maximum payload range?

I am absolutely doing scam IFS, and definitely should consider using outdated A/C :)

Basically, do everything that everyone hates. Don't replace planes, send hate mail, spend massive amounts of time online and: consult The Doc.

Each A/C has a "sweet spot" where it flies for maximum profitability.  It is not necessarily the maximum payload range.  Longer routes are, in general, more profitable per pax, but you can make less round-trips.

Ultimately, the airline that grows the fastest with the least competition, catches a couple breaks on the used market, and spends too much time on line can end up at the top.

LOL, i don't think send hate e-mail would increase airlines profitability of your airlines, besides, the only one who send most of the hate e-mail aren't scammer

You run that airline. The name(Doug Flutie Airlines) is extremely creative. I compete with you on almost all of my 40 domestic routes
