Noticing that there are for example both a 757-200 and a 757-200M in the aircraft list. Is there a difference in those models except for price, engines, etc.? Which one do you prefer?

I think that the M version have more payload than the normal, something that is useless in the actual version of AE, so there is no diference between both models only the price

The 757-200M Variant is a Combi/Convertible Version just like with the 747-400M. Looking in game I would say get the normal version as it's cheaper and more engine options. if cargo was implemented in game then maybe the M would be more useful but as there will be no cargo till AE4 or AE5, just stick to the normal version.

There is a difference between the 2 aircraft. The M version's fuel flow is 3000 higher.

More importantly, the M variant is delivered every 2 weeks instead of every 3...

Before I saw this I thought the only advantage of the 752M was for bragging rights of being launch customer or being in the top 5 operators of the aircraft.

Which should it be?  2 weeks seems correct since it is narrow-body.

I have changed it to 3 weeks because all 757s are 3 weeks. Yes, the 757 is a narrowbody, but it's in a different class than 737/A320s, and historically the 757 production rate was much lower than 737s. It's similar in seat count to the A321, but the A321 is a stretched A320 but the 752 is not a stretched 739.

OK so now that there is a negligible difference betweeen the two, does it make sense to carry them both?

Economically speaking: no, not really
Simply for having a special plane in your fleet, realisms sake and being able to brag a bit: yes
