May we remind passengers that you can only check-in here if you selected the 'on-line check-in' option during the booking process.
On behalf of everyone at Fresh International Airways we would like to thank you for booking with us. To complete the check in process you will need the following information to hand;
> Identification Travelling On
> Name and Date of Births of every passenger travelling
> Booking Reference
> Date of flight and flight number
> Destination
To complete the check-in process and to receive your tickets we do require an email address to be left, Without this you cannot check in for your flight.

To us, at the airport check in is an important part of the overall experience. That's why at Fresh Airways you have the option to book your At the Airport Check In at home, so theres no queues and you have no hastle! The desk will be called 'Pre-Booked Check In'. When checking in at the airport we require you to be at the desk NO LATER THAN 50 minutes before the scheduled departure time of your flight. Due to security reasons passengers that arrive after this time will not be allowed to check in. As Fresh Airways operates it's own section (Ground Floor, Manchester Terminal 2) We can allow you to check in any time that day!
For flights departing London Gatwick Terminal S we will open check in 3 hours before the scheduled flight time, teh desk will close 50 minutes before your departure time
When booking flights you expect to be flying Fresh Airways, in most cases you will be but sometimes we charter airlines to operate the flight for us. For Example if your flying with someone else your ticket/confirmation will read Flight: FSH7267 operated by Kaibaby.com. We understand you may be dissapointed but we can assure you the airline partners we choose meet our standards.
If you are flying Fresh Airways your ticket.confirmation will read Flight: FSH2778 operated by Fresh Airways. When flying Fresh Airways you must be at the departure gate 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time. The gate will close 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time,after this time you will not be allowed to board. To ensure the flight is not delayed we urge passengers to check the flight information screens around the terminal building as at some airports announcements are not made for flight boarding.
Disruptive and aggressive behavior is not tolourated on any Fresh Airways flight. We do appreciate you may have purchased alcohol at the duty free store but please be advised that only items purchased on board may be consumed on board, the cabin crew will enforce this rule so please comply.
We understand that delays can be frustrating but they do, unfortunatly, happen but we at Fresh endevour to get you on your way as soon as we can. In the event of the delay been more than 24 hours we will refund you. If your flight is cancelled we will refund you. Unfortunatly if an aircraft has technical issues and is delayes >8 hours, you will be required to wait. We will try to source another aircraft and get you on your way within 2 hours of your scheduled departure time.
If your flight is cancelled due to Adverse Weather we will refund you, you will have to contact Fresh directly to see if your flight is operational
As you may know before stepping foot on one of our planes you will of gone through security checks, we know they are inconveniant but we do ask you to comply with the instructions given by the security staff, as this will speed the process up. Please be aware that liquids over 100ml are not allowed on your person, Lighters are limited to one per person and must be carried on your person.
