While looking over past rules, I found we needed to update them a bit:
1. Any IFS and IFE is allowed for the first 2 years
2. The 3* IFE rule is exempt for aircraft under 50 seats.
3. If an Essence member airline is given to another member and is managed well, the player is put to a vote and can get automatic Essence membership.
