Can we have workers go on strike or something because $7 wage is anything but realistic in real life for airlines. Pilots getting $7 would mean that everyone would be broke. I think the minimum limit should be raised for specific jobs.

There are no strikes in the game.  Just angry employees who want to kill you.

Actually, I think that this is untrue. I had an airline in Chad a few months ago and payed the workers $7 an hour. I'm sure my workers were over the moon. The average daily wage there is $1.
PS. I just want to say I support it and might even have suggested it before ^_^

Wages scaling to local minimum should possibly be a thing. [Set to the rational-minimum for countries that lack a min. wage, or pegged to the average min wage of similarly developed countries in the area, or such.]

Qantas does a cheat where they founded a subsidiary in New Zealand, because not only is the NZD weaker, the NZ minimum wage is lower in number terms. AU also has a different ratio of F/A to passengers. By using this NZ subsidiary, Qantas can get away with paying their crew less [and i presume having less F/A aboard, though I don't know if they do that.]. http://en.wikipedia....trial_relations

They can indeed get away with less F/A. In Australia a 1:36 ratio is used whereas a 1:50 ratio is used to in New Zealand and so a Qantas 737-800 would require 5 F/As whereas Jetconnect only requires 4 F/As.

I want to abolish minimum wages for certain worlds for example no-politcal restrictions world. I want the freedom to pay my workers $2 or even less 50c an hour some countries don't have a minimum wage or lets find a good old legal loophole say they're self employed.

Agree, we need to abolish minimum wages. Most office workers in Indonesia wages is around USD250 to USD350 a month, USD500 if you're quite lucky. With working hour of 8 hours a day (40 to sometimes 48 hours a week). Hourly wages for majority of people are around USD1.5 to USD2.5 per hour in Major city like Jakarta or Surabaya.
