Jet Air are looking for management of their Australian, African and Arabian franchises in the world R-Alpha.

I am looking for a competent player with a fair amount of game experience who has reasonable amounts of time to dedicate to either of these airlines or willing to manage them all.

Better off starting from scratch with someone than bringing them in halfway through. Let them build the airline and run it, that way they know what they have done in the past and can have a vision for the future.

I don't know how you do business! If you don't want to run it yourself from day one why start it? Also, why join someones airline unless you are caretaking it if they go on holiday or whatever? If any of these turn into spamlines i will start pranging wingtips

Two people running an airline does have advantages for ensuring coverage when one or the other is out.

I have done that quite a bit in the past and it helps when you know and trust the people you are sharing the airline with.
