I'd scrap their international services and turn into a low cost carrier in India, and then introduce long haul services with 787-10 aircraft and also some 747-8I. I wouldn't use A380 because it is too big

Airlines in India have potential to compete with Emirates since they have strategic locations to connect both Australia and Asia with Europe and Africa.
Also the operational cost to run Airlines in India is lower than the one in UAE I believed.
Why can't they turned it around?
