Hi, i was new Member in AE, i need little help because i cannot make a routes from SUB - TLV (indonesia - israel). how it can be ???

I don't see you have any aircraft to cover 5785 miles.

In your world, R2, currently only B747-200B/C that can do that, and you don't have one.
