How about a BNE-DPS-BNE cruise? Or DPS-BNE-SYD-DPS?

Alright, BNE is probably going to be our Mar/Apr-Oct/Nov port, but let's try getting our first sailing going first, please?
The routing has been finalized, the routing is CCAB, now I need the final preparations to be made. Our first sailing is scheduled for the 6th of February, the passengers are booked (at least as much as we could book in the short time we had), and we need to finalize the departure/arrival schedule. The passengers arrive the night before, and stay at local hotels, and we leave in the afternoon on the first. I'd like final reports before departure from each senior officer.
Alright, after sending my four cruise excursions analyst (2 chief analyst, 1 analyst, and 1 apprentice analyst) The excursions details are:
Aruba:
-Royal Plaza Mall
-Palm Beach
-Arashi Beach
-California Lighthouse
-Fort Zoutman
Bonaire:
-Wilhelmina Park
-No Name Beach, Klein Bonaire
-Klein Bonaire's Reef
-Thousand Steps Beach
-Lake GoToMeer
Curacao:
-Queen Emma Bridge
-Handelskade
-Bredestraat
-Curacao Museum
-Seaquarium Beach
Cartagena:
-Clock Tower Gate
-Old City Wall
-Plaza Bolivar
-Plaza Santo Domingo
-Boca Grande Beach

Wait, if most passengers stay on the ship, then why we employ a hotel director?
More or less the on board accomdation

Hotel Director is a quirk of the industry, it actually refers to on-board accommodations. And I like the shore excursion itineraries, make sure to hire good local guides.
I have my guides now, it's a group of 10 people. who is fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Hebrew, German, French, Dutch, and Arabic and also have 15 years experience for tours in Caribbean and South America.
Departure is scheduled for this Thursday. Our routing is Barbados - Curacao - Cartagena - Aruba - Bonaire - Barbados
Crew Report Responses
First Officer Chuck Finley ((FN)) I need a finalized schedule, late afternoon/early evening departure from Bridgetown, with late mornings/most of the afternoons in port. Please make sure that the schedule will work with our routing and speed.
Director of Public Affairs: ((Wronek - Need a name)) We need a press release for the local news outlets regarding our departure. See below for further details on the departure.
Cruise Director: Daniel Malevick ((Zipp)) We need a listing of onboard acts, and a band for our departure meet-and-greet with the local press.
Hotel Director: ((Zipp - Need a name)) What sort of room service will we offer for our passengers, and will it differ based on cabins?
Executive Chef: ((Eastwind - Need a name)) We need to finalize the menus for the Top of the Sea Buffet (ie cuisine styles), and for the cuisine (and name) for the formal restaurant.
Destination Manager: Putra Jayanegara ((Nature Wings)) Your work is more or less complete: we just need to determine where we will dock (or if we'll use tenders to get passengers ashore). I'd prefer smaller ports, but choose from the available passenger facilities.
Shore Excursions Manager: Hake O'Hakey ((Hake)) Your work is more or less done, enjoy the cruise. If you have anything to add to the current list of excursions, feel free to add them to the list.
Chief Engineer: ((Ioh - Need a name)) Please detail all repairs that have/will be complete before departure, and make note of any repairs we'll need to make while underway.
