You make money. Rankings are based on valuation. More DOP = More money, more money = more planes, more planes = more DOP, (and the cycle continues).

Expand your fleet first when I first get into R3 I was 171 now I am 7/8 in rank I started buying from lessor 1 year later when I join in

Just keep money coming in and then expand. Once you have ample cash start buying your leased planes from the lessor

Well when you have a bit of cash - lease. Keep doing that and eventually you'll have more cash than you'll ever be able to spend any way sensibly (unless you want to build a massive A380-800 fleet
