Well you can cut costs by extending aircraft leases and cutting wages

Well, increase fares and reduce IFS costs. Also expand your fleet.

Does laying off employees help?
I face heavy competition with Jet2USA. They're prices are pretty low.Well, increase fares and reduce IFS costs. Also expand your fleet.

Laying off employees and cutting wages helps a lot (it does lower your reputation by a fraction but reputation doesn't matter). Also, using scam IFS boosts revenue big time

well in my own country which is canada, one airline called nationair canada indeed cheap like cant be cheap..

I mean that the fares is too cheap that if you make it cheaper you will lose the profit
