I don't know why you all don't like replacing new fleet WHY? 

Because it only wastes time.  If I spend 20 minutes opening new routes I'll make way more cash than if I spend 20 minutes replacing aircraft

I know why already, after I randomly find some other world first place their avg age is like 9.00 is omg and my is just 4.41 yea shouldn't have replace thanks anyway.

Well, neither 4 nor 9 years average age is really old. Anything older than 20 years gets old but that usually is also the timeframe where more efficient replacement aircraft get available.

Ahh so you mean that sometime when an airplane is available sometime one should go and replace. Like B747-400 can be replaced to B747-8I or A380 ?

Probably fuel burn.  The -300 will just burn up fuel and produce about as much DOP as a regional jet.  Its plane for airlines afraid of money.

The -400 is better, the extra ~100 seats over the -300 really help make up for the fuel burn.

I had 10 Tu-144 orders a while back but after not making money I cancelled them and got Concordes instead. I figured out that whole project cost me $1,200,000,000 to keep 10 of them for 10 years. Then again, I was making $50M per month (I think) at the time.

A lot of people say "Oh, I am a quality airline. Lets get a Concorde". They lease ten and when the first one comes they realise how bad it is and them sell off all of them !

I knew Concorde made losses from the first time, nor does it fit out of any Irish airports at full pax but I wanted some.
