Last I can tell, this was last brought up in 2011.  Many times I find routes I want to create but don't have the resources yet or I am comparing numbers/data for whatever purpose and it would be nice to have a "notes" section to jot down any information I want to remember for later.

I can always use MS Word I suppose, but to have it all together, in a collapsable side-bar would be great.

I would love this. I always find routes that I would like to go on but can't because when the plane is delivered I don't remember.

I like this idea, I have to use Notepad all the time but it gets very annoying.

Hmm i'm not to sure about a notes area as it is kind of something only some players use and as said you could easily use MS Word or Notepad, it also takes up unnecessary server space which could mean one less world.

From the looks of what Yuxi showed in the ways of AE4 there is a 'To do list' on there.

AirwaySim has a feature like that.  They call it "Company Note Pad."

Cant you just send a mail to yourself? Then before youre logging in, you would notice it ways one unread mail and then you would read it.

i have to agree with the original idea of a notepad, however it would use some server space, but the concept behind the 'notepad' ability would certainly make life easier, especially when you would have templates about what you could write??? like DEP-ARV (departure - arrival), what to do next in your airline etc! I approve  :D!! any other ideas to add??  :discuss:

surely that is the same as writing it down normally on a notepad, instead of having the system send and receive and email, or maybe even worse when it comes to server space??

I tried that once and it appeared I was unable to.  Might have just been something on my end?
