These are the suggestions already suggested for AE4.0 and so you don't have to suggest them again which annoys some people (including me).

STOPOVER
CARGO OPERATIONS
TIMETABLES
FUEL STOPS
,etc.

Anyone is free to add to the list. For now these are the one that popped in my head.

I think the seat pitches/types(for F/C, such as suites, flat-bed, angled-bed, etc) have been coming out constantly.

Route demand growth over time, demand increase when LCCs enter the market, market aggregation, demand for airline services based on various factors (weighted average) including: price, IFE, IFS, frequency, fleet age, marketing, etc.

Just like aircraft deliveries, I feel that there should be a wait time for terminals.  It's not very realistic to just be able to build a 20 gate terminal instantaneously.  The larger the terminal, the longer the wait time should be.
