Crashes have been discussed to death on AE, they are simply not viable as a random event as systems tend to put more pressure on one than another, for example:

 

Airline A: Mediocre maintenance, large fleet of old 733s (60)

Airline B:  ablysmal maintenance, small fleet of old 733s (10) 

 

Which airline would loose the most aircraft with a non human decider? Most likely Airline A even though in a % theory, B should loose more.

Yeah, it's kind of getting annoying that this is constantly being discussed

hence why there should be a rule damanding that people search before posting because not only would they save time and effort typing out their post but stop everyone having to repeat answers
