I think the UK and rest of Europe should be in there as options
I dont think so, because of the open skies agreement after year 2000

I dont think so, because of the open skies agreement after year 2000
That would mean you would need to create an option for European countries that aren't included in the open skies agreement 
What difference does it make? Then, France, Germany, Italy and Spain have just as much case...
Because there's a larger amount of British people on AE, I wouldn't be surprised if there are more people from the UK on AE than people from France, Germany, Italy and Spain combined.

Moreover, to quote a video I once saw. "Britain likes to pretend it's a few thousand miles out into the Atlantic ocean, and not 20 miles off the coast of France."
Even Ireland is further, we prefer being called 'Europe'. I suppose because of our relationship with the UK. How about moving the UK to Iceland? They complain about the weather and don't like the EU so move them away. See how it turns out. I'm sure Iceland will be great fun.

Well don't forget Ireland is actually a full blown member of the EU and the Eurozone. We still have the pound, and are only really a half member. I hope we leave in 2015

And proud. Europe gives us money and since we have none, makes a world of a difference. We would have defaulted without the Euro.
