Perhaps if it had any sort of code and was recognized officially as a heliport an IATA could be created simply for in-game purposes [though nobody seems to use helipads anyway so it does seem pointless)

The actual Airport from Hong Kong in AE is  Hong Kong HKG but in RL i'ts  Chek Lap Kok Internatonal Airport HKG
