I am thinking of starting a new airline in either S3B or R2 when they relaunch. Then I thought of a different business type. I was thinking of starting an airline, with a ~50 seater aircraft in Ireland. This is where it would be different:
1. I only utilise my plane 10-12 hours per day.
2. I charge less than the recommended fare
3. I supply more than the demand.
4. I am not a budget airline.
So basically I copy the Aer Arann/ Aer Lingus Regional business model. I fly to UK destinations (LTN, MAN, BHX, GLA etc.) and LRT Lorient in France at cheaper prices. eg. $100. I would fly from WAT, ORK, SNN, GWY, NOC, LDY, NOC and CFN and SXL. Maybe DUB. Basically, for those of you who don't know the Irish airports: 2 airports under 40,000 passengers, 2 40,000-80,000, 2 80,000-400,000, 1 400,000-1,000,000. 2 1,000,000- 2,500,000. 1 19,000,000. Most routes are less than 400 miles and the destinations in Britain are 1000000-2000000
