I am new on this virtual simulator and I want to know what is better: to lease or to buy? or lease then sell the aircraft..?
Best routes in Europe ? No competitor routes...

1.Lease. 2. It's hard to find routs with no competitors, but I find Poznan and all small Polish airports to have little competitors
I Have Flown on: ATR 72, Q400, Airbus: 319, 320, 330 Boeing:737-800, 747-8, 767-300ER, Embrear 175,190

Thank you for the fast replies guys ! How much time do I need to get a high percentage of finance? and should i start with marketing at first or I'll wait until I established a good financial income ?
