I've been thinking for a very long period about the sell and lease back. I've seen this going on all around the world. A good example of this primary way is Jet Airways and Air India. You sell the aircraft to the lessor and then you lease it. This will also secure your aircraft without finding a new aircraft as it will still make use of the same aircraft but instead chaning owner and you lease them instead.

This may seem like grave digging, but this does seem like an innovative idea that could be implemented into future updates of Airline-Empires. This would certainly increase airline-to-airline cooperation as it could become a strategy that would be used in the game to gain profits while making use of the same aircraft but instead leasing it from another airline after changing the owner of the aircraft. The Sell and Lease Back system might also be useful in alliances, where start-up airlines or ailing airlines could get the help of other airlines through this system so as to help their profits and make the alliance more like a team.
