Hello,

 

I noticed that when I just logged in to AE and wanted to start up a new route, I can't see the Seats On Market diagram anymore.

 

There is still the "Demand bar".

 

Has anyone else experienced this problem, and when so, how'd they fix it?

 Post a screen shot, sounds like a problem I had long ago that effected any route with a certain airline on it. All routes with this airline you could not see seats on the route at all.

That's because your aircraft is not configured for business and first class and since you're the only carrier to that airport, there are passengers who want business or first class to be transported. If you have configured your aircraft for the two other classes, it should look like this:
