Hi everyone,

This round of Rδ will end in 20 game months, and I am extremely pleased with what Amadeus Group will achieve in the end. Very-very big thanks to Jason, Darren and the rest of the management crew that have participate in this round. Now I'm offering control of some of the group airlines, those are not in position to secure any trophies, for those of you who might be interested to play. Here's the list, the one striked-thru and in red is off limit, the one with bold text and underlined are given with conditions, and the rest are up for grab. Just reply this thread with IATA Code and your forum ID.

Rank1.jpg

Edit: I skipped one: #189 Amadeus Poland (IATA: PO) 48 destination 115 aircrafts $2 billion value

Bear in mind that as you control an airline that is part of a large group, you need to observe AE rules carefully, you are not allowed to fly in a route in which another airline within the group has flown. I reserved the right to cease ops any of the airline to ensure Amadeus Group compliance with this AE rules. Thank you and have fun!

I'm afraid I have to agree, single type of aircraft is part of the key component of LCC business model. Pilots, flight attendants, mechanics and operations personnel are specialised in a single type of aircraft, which means, among others, that there is no need for costly re-training of staff, for maintaining a stock with parts for different types of aircraft, for knowledge and skills in order to operate and maintain different types of aircraft with their own characteristics, or for new work requirements.

We actually relaxed to allowed all Airbus aircraft in our fleet, A320, A330, A380. If you still want to buy Boeing in the next world, then you will be given another airline which doesn't have such restrictions. :)

I have to agree with MW. All of your airlines  are spamlines. Run a realistic airline and we'll talk.

You don't have to. I prefer to wait until AE4.

Talk to my trophies later, I'm resigning after this, until AE4.

Sure, I would love to have an airline in which I am allowed to use Boeing aircraft (I'm a boeing fan)

I'm still confused what the difference is between our airlines and an airline such as Southwest Airlines. If Southwest expanded with more aircraft types, I'm sure they'd be just like us...I do agree that our paid meal service is extreme, but isn't this a game? If we're ruining your experience, then we do apologize; but, remember, if you don't like what's going on, I would like to remind everyone that AE does have more than one world to play and experiment in. And besides, we do have Full-Service carriers in our group, such as Amadeus India.

You're acting like you're better than us just because we aren't running realistic airlines and are running "spamlines". I would like to remind everyone that every person has their right to play the game as they please; No one person is better than the other just because of the type of airline they wish to run. And besides, AE 3.1 isn't as realistic anyway; just look at the calendar system: a month ends on the 24th! Like Amadeus, I think I'll wait for AE4....
