But it seems like your airline is pretty successful, what are your plans for expansion and operation model (low cost smaller operations, large scale long haul etc.)?

With ROI, I have the short-medium range market saturated out of my hub, so I plan on buying the a/c of my leases, starting long range ops to Europe + Asia/Pacific, then modernizing my fleet to replace the aging 721s. Kinda going for a full-service airline akin to Emirates, etc. (Hub in the Middle East, significant long haul ops, except I'll have a good regional presence). Minoan is a bit different, I'm planning a full-service airline, but mostly European routes, and future regional (Greek islands, Balkans, etc) service, less focus on long-haul than ROI. Both of them have fairly premium configs (~33"Y/38"C pitch).
