It depends upon how you define competitors. If you filter by country for example, then it is quite possible where one airline dominates a country and various small airlines exist. Not sure this is common though.

To clarify - The Empire exceeds it's next 12 closest competitors' combined value. And competitors is defined globally here, as in The Empire has more value than the next 12 most valuable airlines in the game combined. The chances of this happening are not one in thirteen.
