Hello all,

Over the coming weeks I'll be adding the 2012 passenger figures for Africa. If you notice any issues in the data or have found a passenger figure from a reliable source, please post here. Please request new airports in their respective threads.

Completed:

Mauritius - All airports are done. MRU's published figures for November/December seem tobe the same document so they maybe a few digits of the actual total.

South Africa - Most of the core airports have been updated. Lots of gaps in the data sadly.

Senegal - All airports updated to 2011 figures.

Nigeria - All airports updated to 2011 figures except QUO as it is run by a private entity that doesn't seem to publish it's traffic figures.

Work-In-Progress/Notes:

Morocco - I have found http://www.onda.ma/N...ecembre2011.pdf from the official airports operator and a diffrent table that seems to include the 2012 figures (allegedly from ONDA too) http://www.anna.aero...rports-2012.xls .

Ethiopia - Have found 2011 figures from the goverment's statistics: http://www.csa.gov.e...d=79&Itemid=606 (under "Transportation-2011"). Looking for more.
Tunisia - I was aware of it published on the website, the French version is online but the English version is down and my French is useless. http://www.oaca.nat.tn/

Working on finding more. :)

Nigeria & Senegal have been updated to the latest available figures for the airports that publish them. I must admit, Nigeria really did make it a hassle to navigate their duplicate tables and disorganised spreadsheets...took the best of 3 hours away from my time!

I now have a small collection of data from various African countries to update. It's great too update the region - especially since some Airports have data from quite sometime ago now. I will gradually be updating, so watch the Africa subforum for updates.

Here i mentioned some updated passanger numbers in latest Lyon-Saint Exupéry Airport

In March, overall traffic was up by 3.9% compared to 2012, totalling 697,034 passengers. Domestic traffic remained stable, up by 0.2%, while figures for international traffic rose by 6.4% with 422,939 passengers and a 10.5% increase for North Africa. These growing figures for March traffic bring up the cumulative total for 2013 to a 1.2% rise.

Hello. I was lokking on the internet something about the demand of passengers between Lisbon Internation Airport and Luanda Aeroporto Internacional 4 de Fevereiro but I not found.

The angolana TAAG and the portuguese TAP airlines flight every day between this airports, as far as I´m concerned, the actual demand in the game is not correct.

TAP Portugal also fly to Mozanbique with Airbus A340 and in the game the demand is also very low.

Thanks
